How do you create structure in your (retired) day?

Try setting up your own daily structure, write it down and refer to it all day, it helped me.
Example:
7:00 am rise, coffee, paper,
7:45 dress, make bed
8:00 walk (look for pennies)
9:00 watch CNN and weather update
10:00 errands if any if not, hobby time
12:00 lunch with family friend or neighbor 1 day per week
1:00 nap
2:00 household chore
3:30 deskwork, bills, computer, correspondence
4:00 afternoon coffee and book (can be in or outside, even coffee shop)
5:00 plan and begin dinner
6:00 dinner with partner
7:00 fav tv or game or puzzle etc.
etc.
