Does that creatine protein stuff actually work and if so is it healthy?

Yes. They for sure work. But only if you do weight training. You won't gain muscle just by drinking protein shakes. You have to do your part of the effort too. It is recommended to wait 24 hours in between each muscle workout.

Protein shakes can be very high in sugar and calories and may contribute to fat gain. I buy mine at this website > https://www.herbspro.com and I get the 100% whey pro-amino. It's very low in sugar. It's somewhat high in calories but compared to other drinks it is very low. It also has the highest amount of protein, 45 grams. It is very useful. It doesn't taste the best, but it does work the best.

Also, in order for the drink to be useful, drink one shake before your workout and one after. If you only want to drink one, do it after, then is when it goes into full force and you'll see the most results.
