How to get enough protein in a vegetarian diet?
I recently became a vegetarian, but know that I haven't been getting enough protein in my diet. What are non-meat products with a decent amount of protein?

Tofu is always a good solution. Also, it would be wise to incorporate lots of dairy snacks into your diet - string cheese, yoghurt, yoghurt shakes, etc. Make sure you are comsuming something like this at every meal!

There is also a product called quinoa, sort of like a mix between barley and rice, that is high in protein and can be mixed with different sauces or vegetables to suit your taste.

Don't forget about all of your legumes. Nuts, beans, and seeds. You can make a great fajita type dish using veges, tofu, beans, and a bit of cheese=this way you are incorporating almost all of the food groups. Natural peanut butter and cottage cheese are also very high in protein.
