Exercise is a regular part of my day. If I don't do some kind of physical activity, it feels like something is missing. I consider it as necessary and routine as brushing my teeth. You don't have to exercise everyday for good health, but it works for me.

I always feel so unmotivated when there isnt a nice gym to go to. I know there are tons of things to do at home, but its hard to get myself up for it. I think having a partner so you can motivate each other is really the best thing. Im gonna get me one of those.
