It sounds kind of like an old grandma, but coupons can go a long way. Anytime you read the newspaper cut them out -you will see a difference. Also buying the generic brand of products usually doesnt make too much of a difference besides the price. Cooking for yourself instead of going out to eat always saves money. Make sure you are always shutting off all of your lights when you leave and when you go for a long weekend or vacation unplug your appliances-I heard it helps.
