I lived in Jerusalem for a while and I believe that there is really nothing like it. You can find every type of Jewish person, every type of Muslim person, Christian nuns and priests of many different sects, tourists from around the world, people who develop the infamous Jerusalem syndrome-and now believe that they are prophets-and unbelievable history from a city that was ruled by so many different rulers from so many different cultures.

How dangerous is Jerusalem?

The perception in the United States is generally--"oh, you're going to Israel? That's rough man, watch out."
