How do I make myself do the work. Its like I can set my mind to it and want to do it but I see myself getting lazy and I dont know how to stop it. What do I do?

Sit down at your desk with your work and tell your roommate/friend to hit you anytime you try to get up or do something else. I told my roommate to slap me anytime I ambled toward the ice cream in the cafeteria, and I haven't eaten any since.
