Just moved into this new apartment building, and man there are some hot girls here. Is it wrong to want to treat the place like a college dorm, leave my door open, and invite them in when they walk by? How do you meet girl neighbors?

You got a pool? Just hang out at the pool. You get to see them in their bathing suits. And if you bring beer, you can offer them one (or several). Also, cookouts are a good way to meet people. I have a grill at my building and if you start cooking burgers, people come by.

I hooked up with a couple of girls at my building (at different times), and it never ends well. What happens is, you hook up, you date a little, and then you stop. But you still run into them all the time, and it's … awkward. Take it from me. Find girls outside your building.

Say hi to them in the laundry room. Ask them if you can fold their panties for them. If they laugh, you're in. If they don't laugh, you're now the building psycho.

If you are interested in something, join an organization, start working somewhere, or go to church.

I've always found it helpful to take regular walks around the neighborhood. This gives you a chance to meet your neighbors when they are out in their yards.
