How do you move a fish?
Fish! How do I move these creatures that my kids somehow love without killing them? (the fish, not the kids)

Put the fish in bags of water, and put the bags in a styrofoam cooler. That way, if the bags break you won't end up with a wet cardboard box and dead fish.

We took out goldfish along in a big garbage can filled halfway with water. The fish made it!

Plastic baggies or small cups seem to be the standard. This only works if you don't have too many fish.
