Wondering if I have to wear a suit, bring a resume, or can I just go and talk to people?
Anyone have any experience with college job fairs? Is it only jobs or are there other opportunities such as volunteering or programs abroad as well?

There are all different types of college job fairs-be sure to find out exactly what it is all about before you go. I know that my friend went to one with her suit and resume in hand ready to have an interview right there. There are also some fairs where summer camps come and are looking for counselors for all different types of summer jobs. This does not require a dress code, but a resume is always helpful.
