Only you know which school is right for you, but this method will help narrow down your choices.

If you are having trouble deciding between two or more schools (lucky you!), try this method:

Make a chart, listing each school along the left, vertical (Y) axis, and the following attributes along the top, horizontal (X) axis:

• Location
• Climate
• Majors
• Class sizes
• Extracurriculars
• Make-up of students

Add a column for any other attribute you want to evaluate.

For each school, assign a value from 1–5 to each attribute, where 1 is the least favorable, 3 is neutral, and 5 is the most favorable. When all the boxes are filled in, total the points for each school: You may have a winner.
