School is definitely the most important place for you to spend your time, and your grades in school are indeed the most important factor in college admissions. But test scores are a close second, and if you think about it, the time you spend on the SAT should do justice to the test’s real importance.
Between class time and homework, you’ll probably devote at least 6,000 hours to schoolwork during your high school career. Doesn’t the SAT warrant at least a good 40-50 hours of study?
